2023 is a special year for Aotea Electric Auckland, as the organisation celebrates 25 years of being in business.
Aotea Electric Auckland has seen many changes over this time and has grown from a small team to now having over 220 employees across various divisions.
Predominantly headquartered in the Rosedale, Albany area, the organisation undertakes a variety of jobs covering all areas in Auckland from Pukekohe in the south to Warkworth in the north and everywhere in between.
A diverse business, the projects range from small residential jobs right through to multi million, multi year complex projects across a range of industries including Education, Hospitality, Hotels, Manufacturing, Residential Apartment, Aged Care, Data Centres, High Rise buildings, Retail and office interior fit-outs to name a few.
Over the years, the organisation has grown from an electrical company undertaking contract and service work, to opening a Data & Communications and Automation division, which allows Aotea Electric Auckland to offer a full suite of products.
As the company has grown, and moved to larger premises, currently based at a fit for purpose building at 23 William Pickering Drive, that contains a large workshop, Aotea Electric Auckland has retained it’s “small company” feel, with a great work culture, often bringing the entire company together to celebrate it’s successes.
