Electrical Project Manager
Aotea Electric Auckland is a large, growing electrical business operating electrical contracting, communications and electrical servicing departments, delivering an unrivalled service to our customers.
We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Electrical Project Manager within our Contracts department. You’ll oversee various projects around Auckland, including responsibilities such as:
- Financial management - Efficiently manage project budgets.
- Project planning - Strategize and coordinate project timelines.
- Resource planning - Allocate resources effectively.
- Client liaison - Foster strong relationships with clients.
- Services co-ordination - Ensure seamless execution.
- Staff management - Lead and supervise project teams.
- Procurement - Source materials and services.
- Progress claims - Accurately document project progress.
- Processing variations - Handle changes effectively.
- Managing project H&S - Prioritize safety protocols.
- Quality control - Maintain high standards.
The position would suit a person experienced in project management or an experienced Site Supervisor keen to advance their career and willing to be trained. We’re looking for someone with:
- NZ Electrical registration.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Construction environment knowledge.
- Pro-active approach.
- Flexibility with working hours.
