Our focus is on safety, quality, and building long term client relationships. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our commercial projects team. 

Job Description: 

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from contract award through to final completion. You will oversee programme delivery, financial performance, contract administration, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Experience managing Electrical for Mechanical (E4M) Projects will be highly regarded. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage electrical projects from award to completion. 
• Oversee project programming, resourcing, and delivery to meet contractual obligations.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, variations, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Review and administer contract documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and programme compliance.
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend site and client meetings as required.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Support and lead site teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• Driver’s License
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, experience in E4M services is preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installation practices. 
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contractual documentation. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Strong organisational and time management abilities. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced commercial environment.
