Aotea Bay of Plenty delivered the full suite of services to The University of Waikato including, electrical, security, communications and audio visual requirements. The new campus is located in the heart of Tauranga city and has consolidated the University’s current tertiary offerings and presence within the Bay of Plenty region.
It's an exciting time for the University of Waikato and the greater Bay of Plenty region with the development of the Tauranga CBD satellite tertiary campus. The University of Waikato in Hamilton is continuing to grow and has expanded its campus to include Bay of Plenty.
The two stage project involved constructing and building a world class tertiary education facility that would feature a research and innovation centre designed to provide a high-tech University environment.
Aotea Bay of Plenty was engaged to the implement a full range of Electrical, Security, Communications and Audio Visual works across this exciting new development including cutting-edge equipment designed to accommodate innovative teaching practices within a number of science and engineering disciplines including coastal marine and aquaculture.
Aotea Bay of Plenty continue to work closely with University of Waikato on other projects within the Bay of Plenty including service and maintenance.
