Building 8 is the third stage of the Five Mile Centre in Frankton. Aotea Electric Queenstown were also responsible for stages 1 and 2 which incorporated such tenants as The Warehouse, Briscoes, Rebel Sport and a Countdown supermarket.
Building 8 of the Five Mile Centre in Frankton included 16 separate tenancies over five floors, with just under 6,000m2 in floor area. The ground floor is retail and the top four floors are offices. Aotea Electric Queenstown were responsible for electrical, electrical for mechanical and structured cabling.
Naylor Love Central Otago Ltd engaged Aotea Electric Queenstown to provide Electrical Services, Communications and AV to the latest building in the 5 Mile retail development “Craig’s Investment Partners House” or “Building No. 8." The project was a mixed use Retail and Commercial office space built over five floors and split into 14 tenancy’s with varying demands from each tenant.
Throughout the pre-construction and construction phases of this 13 month long project the Aotea team providing work on this project were friendly, proactive and ensured work was complete to a high standard. This was reflected in the positive Consultants reports issued by the Project Electrical Engineers Cosgroves.
Electrical work on this project was completed within the allocated tight construction programme and on budget, with no defects.
