Aotea Electric Canterbury are sponsoring the Pop Up Penguin art trail around Christchurch
Over the 9 weeks of summer (29th of November onwards) Wild In Art is bringing a sculpture trail to Christchurch CBD. Aotea Electric Canterbury are proud sponsors of this initiative and look forward to spending the summer looking for penguins!
The public art trail includes 50 large penguins and 65 little penguins (waddles), scattered throughout the city. Sponsored by companies and decorated by emerging and established, local artists, the penguins encourage exploration, learning and celebration of the city.
Aotea Electric Canterbury are excited to be sponsoring this handsome fella, Atomik Wave who lives in the gardens of Riccarton House Bush. Atomik Wave was created by local artist Cosmic Debris and stands tall outside the Riccarton House Bush Cafe.
