We are currently seeking an experienced senior administrator to oversee and lead our team of coordinators within our electrical servicing division.

This role requires an enthusiastic and professional leader to ensure all administrative functions are run effectively and smoothly, and our service jobs and electricians are well coordinated. 

This newly created role provides a great opportunity for someone to bring their own expertise to mentor their team and establish and maintain strong procedures.

Main responsibilities include:

• Oversee and lead the service administration team.
• Manage the coordination of Service Electricians.
• Oversee the functionality and efficiency of the job management system, client portals, and registers.
• Client correspondence.
• Oversee the timely completion of all invoicing.
• General service administration.
• Regular review and improvement of administrative systems and processes.

The applicant should also possess the following skills:

• Proven experience as a team leader or senior administrator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude and good work ethic.
• Proficient computer skills.
