About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front.

You'll be responsible for running projects, coordinating teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard. While you'll have the responsibility of managing jobs, you'll also remain connected to the trade and be willing to jump on the tools when needed.

What We're Looking For

• NZ Registered Electrician with a current practising licence
• Experience leading teams and running projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
• A practical, hands-on approach to leadership
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
• Ability to mentor apprentices and support team development
