With up to 30 electricians on board at a time, led by a dedicated project management team, we're seeking team players who bring diverse skills and experiences to the table. Picture yourself working on a project that involves on-site high voltage distribution, 2 main switchboards feeding a network of risers via bus duct, and over 290 kilometers of cabling feeding various medical, body/cardiac protected spaces in the heart of Dunedin. It's going to be intense, exhilarating, and immensely rewarding.

Key Tasks/Accountabilities:

• To read, understand and implement the design documentation.
• To carry out new work on the project, including installation of containment, cabling, termination fittings, reticulation, switchboards, and commissioning. 
• Ensure all work is undertaken to a high standard, compliant, safe and efficient operation, taking into account the financial goals of the project. 
• To develop and maintain professional relationships with trades staff, contractors, clients etc. 
• Be a team player, with great time management and communication skills. 
• Ensuring a high level of health and safety for all staff and contracts.

Work Experience/Qualifications/Skills

• New Zealand Electrical Registration and current practicing Licence.
• NZ Drivers Licence.
• Experience as an electrician within a large, complex project in healthcare or a similar industry.
• Self-motivated and enjoys being in a team environment.
