This role will be instrumental in leading, developing, and empowering a motivated team to successfully deliver this once-in-a-lifetime project. You will be able to produce an exceptional standard from inception to handover, on time and under budget, with a focus on health and safety. The E4M PM will coordinate and communicate project requirements to stakeholders, while minimising risk, monitoring, and reporting on deliverables.

Key Tasks/Accountabilities:

• To manage and plan various aspects of project delivery to ensure the New Dunedin Hospital project is undertaken on time and under budget. 
• Clear paths of communication with the Industrial Manager, Contracts Manager and the client. 
• Compliance with project scope, managing timeframes and raising any time/cost constraints. 
• Effective supervision of staff and subcontractors. 
• To coordinate with other contractors and associated trades.
• Assist with daily quality assurance and remedial work. 

Work Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

• NZ Electrical Registration and current Practicing Licence are essential.
• NZ Drivers Licence
• Wide knowledge of electrical industry.
• Proven experience in delivering electrical and medical electrical projects. 
• Great oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilise technology such as Office 365, Procore, CONQA, Open Space, Revizto etc. 
• A team player with the desire to deliver an excellent result.
