Service Electrician
Aotea Electric Wanaka has an opportunity in their Electrical Service Division for a Service Electrician in Wanaka. For this full-time role, we are looking for an experienced, personable electrician to provide a wide range of services to our loyal clientele. You would be providing general repairs, maintenance, and projects to our extensive and valued customer base (light industrial, commercial, retail and residential).
The skills we absolutely cannot do without are:
- Full NZ Registered electrician and holds a current EWRB practising licence and holds a clean full NZ driver’s licence
- Have a great attitude combined with a practical mindset, with diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Be able to think on your feet
- Know when to ask for help. Don’t take shortcuts and comprise your safety or your teammates
- Be able to work unsupervised, and run your daily jobs
- Take pride in your work, and make sure your job is top notch
- Be able to engage with our clients and have a client growth mindset
- Ability to complete documents, client reports, and Health and Safety paperwork and have computer and technology skills
