Throughout March, the team at Aotea Electric Cromwell were hard at work, extending a helping hand to various local community groups in Cromwell and Alexandra.

As a gesture of gratitude to the community that continually supports them, staff from both the electrical and air-conditioning teams at Aotea Electric Cromwell participated in a range of activities aimed at giving back.

Members of the team helped out the Mokihi Reforestation Trust, spreading mulch and watering efforts to support the organisation's initiative of restoring indigenous vegetation in and around Cromwell and Lake Dunstan. The team also spent some time working with the Cromwell Menz Shed, conducting essential test and tagging for electrical tools, ensuring safety within the workshop environment.

Aotea Electric Cromwell also joined forces with Rotary Cromwell to undertake a thorough garden clean-up for a local resident, as well as assisting the Cromwell Scout Group with essential maintenance.

The Hospice Shop Alexandra also received some help from the Aotea Electric Cromwell team as they carried out test and tagging procedures for electrical goods for sale in their opportunity store, ensuring the safety and compliance of these items.

As a proudly New Zealand-owned group of companies, we are proud to support a broad range of community needs through direct sponsorship, donations, resources, ideas and mentoring as well as getting behind important issues in the community when we're needed.
